Cedarwood Resort on Lake Muskoka is a relaxing, friendly place to spend a day, weekend or vacation.

Tucked into a quiet bay right on Lake Muskoka we are only minutes away from everything, no matter what the season.

We provide our guests with complimentary canoes, kayaks and pedalboats next to our spacious waterfront deck.

Family Activities

Adults can relax watching their children enjoy safe swimming at our small, sandy beach which is equipped with sand toys, a Rave water-trampoline, and water slide.

Meanwhile, adults can relax while they gaze at the breathtaking scenery or simply enjoy reading at our spacious waterfront deck.

We have two full size shuffleboard courts, large lawn volleyball field and horseshoe toss.

Books and board games are available and babysitting may be arranged through the office.

Fishing in Muskoka, Ontario

Our lake has pike, bass, walleye and some trout. Boat docking is available for our guests for a small daily fee. Cedarwood Resort is located on the largest of the three lakes; Lake Muskoka, Lake Joseph and Lake Rosseau.

We also have a 15 foot motorized fishing boat available for rent.

Bait, tackle and fishing licenses may be purchased in Bracebridge.

There are several quaint shops and numerous great restaurants in the surrounding tourists towns of Bracebrige, Port Carling, Bala, Gravenhurst and Rosseau.
