Cedarwood on Lake Muskoka is a relaxing, friendly place to spend a day, weekend or vacation. With lots to do right here such as fishing, boating and swimming in a private bay on Lake Muskoka, it is also only minutes away from hiking trails, casual and fine dining restaurants and a variety of world-class golf courses.
The Cottages
Each cottage is nestled amongst the trees for true privacy and is immersed in the sounds of Muskoka’s nature. They are tastefully furnished with lovely Muskoka colours in all the fabrics. We offer high speed internet which is centrally located.
For the avid golfer or one who is just beginning, we also have stay and play packages available with many of the beautiful courses in the area such as North Granite Ridge, Kirrie Glen, South Muskoka and Muskoka Highlands.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required when placing a reservation beyond 14 days of check-in. For reservations less than 14 days, a 100% deposit is required and is non-refundable. CHECK-IN/OUT: Cottage check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out during July and August is 11:00 am. Spring & Fall check-out is extended to 1:00 pm. |
The Cedars
For last minute travelers looking for one night to one week getaways, Cedarwood has a lovely 10 unit building called the Cedars which faces a large landscaped garden area bordered by trees. Each unit has a private, screened porch with patio furniture, access to Gas BBQ’s, mini fridge and microwave or kitchenette, and Bell Expressvu Satellite TV.
